ShehzadOnline is the brand of RightBPO Pvt Ltd, a company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). This website is operated by RightBPO Pvt Ltd, which is responsible for the personal information collected through it.

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean RightBPO Pvt Ltd, which operates ShehzadOnline. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

Information you give us through the website forms:

Start a Project form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the service you are interested in, and the message you write.
Newsletter form in the footer: your email address, and your name if you give it. We also receive the address of the page you used the form on.

If you contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email, we keep what you send us so that we can reply.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, the server that delivers this site may record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages requested.

04 · How we use information

To reply to your enquiry and to prepare a recommendation, scope or proposal.
To communicate with you about a project you have asked us about or hired us for.
To send you our newsletter, only if you subscribed to it.
To keep this website working, secure and free of spam.
To meet legal obligations, where they apply.

05 · How your form messages are handled

When you submit a form, the website sends the details by email to our business inbox (info@shehzadonline.com). The website itself does not store form submissions in its database or keep a subscriber list. The message then exists in our email account, and in any records we keep in order to deal with your enquiry.

The forms include basic spam protection: a security token and a hidden field that humans do not see.

To be confirmed: Confirm which email provider or service delivers website email and holds the inbox, and whether you keep enquiries in a CRM or other system.

We send newsletters only to people who have asked for them using the newsletter form. The form does not currently connect to an email-marketing service, so we have not yet set up a way to send newsletters.

To be confirmed: Describe how subscribers are recorded, how they are sent emails, and how they unsubscribe (for example an unsubscribe link in every email). Confirm whether you will use a confirmation step.

We do not add people who contact us about a project to a newsletter list unless they ask us to.

07 · Cookies and similar technologies

WhatsApp: links such as "Chat on WhatsApp" open WhatsApp. If you use it, WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy apply to your messages.
Hosting and email: we use providers to host this website and to deliver its email.

09 · How long we keep information
